“La Cuna” or “a twinge of sadness that there’s no frontier left” according to the Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows by John Koenig, inspired this mixed media piece.

What happens when our curiosity exceeds the boundaries of our physical world? As I discovered through my excavation of found text, the answer is luxury cruises to Antarctica and chartered flights to remote Pacific Islands.
